Become a historian. Investigate objects and primary sources from the Dunn Museum’s collection to determine who the early non-native settlers in Lake County were, what their daily lives were like and how they used the natural resources around them.

Explore the daily lives of early nonnative settlers through object-based inquiry. Students will learn about the importance of school, work and community. We’ll also take a look at what early settlers did for fun.
