Provide site protection and cover all surfaces and HVAC systems. Prep and apply one coat of Benjamin Moore bonding primer tinted finish color. Apply one coat of Benjamin Moore dry fall paint (Black). Clean up and leave one gallon of stock paint.

Each prospective vendor may conduct an inspection of the Work Site, the surrounding area and all local conditions, including vegetation, hazards, neighbors and other conditions that may impact project work after the pre-quote conference.
