Finance
Manages our financial activity and purchasing services, provides financial support across all departments. Ensures there are sufficient resources to carry out strategic plan goals and objectives, and that sound fiscal policies and practices are in place in order to maintain our "AAA" bond rating and to secure financing for capital projects. Finance is responsible for developing and administering an annual operating budget and Capital Improvement Plan.
