Learn the stories artifacts can tell by taking a closer look at quilts, clothing, and sewing artifacts in the exhibit, Threads of Time. We will then do activities and create crafts around the objects we discuss.

For this workshop, we will all have a chance to learn various repair techniques and free-form stitches as we work on a vintage quilt. There will be no right or wrong, only a chance to enjoy the act of mending collectively. You are encouraged to bring a piece of clothing or belonging that needs repair. We will work together to find the best and most creative way to repair it!
